Non profits are a very important part of the success in the social fiber of our society. After years of running organizations in the corporate world as well as the non-profit world, we want the smaller organizations to be successful We would like to offer our experiences and lesson learns.
Shari's largest budget was $200m with a 2% increase over budget. As a Director of Social Enterprise, her management skills increased the operations by 12%. She also established a small business from scratch for four years. Lastly as an Executive Director, she fostered a reduction in deficits and increased the annual budget to approimately $17m.
