Her leadership opened multiple Navigation Centers, transitioned operations onto Salesforce, and closed a 12% budget deficit to under 1% while improving policies, procedures, and team performance.
Previously, Shari directed a $2M social enterprise portfolio in Alameda County and held senior buying and planning roles managing up to $250M P&Ls, vendor strategy, and large cross‑functional teams. She blends nonprofit insight with disciplined, data‑driven management.
